Terms of Business

Our Standard Terms of Business are shown below. These can be altered to suit particular circumstances upon mutual agreement.

Cancellations

• If you cancel a course or individual student(s) more than fourteen (14) days before the start date, you will be refunded the full course fee, less a £2.50 per person administration charge.

• If you cancel an entire course or individual student less than fourteen (14) days before the course start date and up to course commencement there is a £10.00 per person administration fee. Alternatively we will arrange another suitable date with you and there will be no charge levied.

• You may substitute students up to course commencement, however students who do not show for their course will be charged the full course fee.

 Invoicing

If you owe any portion of the course fee, exam results and certificate will be posted to once the balance is paid. Unless prior arrangements have been made instructors must keep to the schedule of the course and will not be equipped to receive outstanding balances. Our terms are generally upon receipt and we attempt to provide an invoice on the final day of the course.
