Instructors and ExaminersNot all first aid and healthcare instructors have the same experience. All our instructors and examiners are healthcare professionals or have extensive experience and have undertaken advanced training – so you can be sure that the person delivering your training has real life experience of dealing with critical situations. We have access to a range of healthcare professionals including nursing, ambulance, allied health professional as well as rescue and specialists. All applicants are carefully vetted to ensure they can deliver on both Revive’s and your own expectations. Each instructor/examiner annually prepares a personal objectives plan, and undergoes a performance review. This then feeds into the promotions process. Our staff are supported by a qualified teacher. This means we can offer our instructors constructive and useful information on how to improve their technique – for your benefit.
